Sensor Kimia Optik: Pendekatan Praktikal dalam Analisis Kimia xii of different analytes to be measured simultanously and to extend the dynamic range of the analyte.This lecture will highlight the research finding in the form of optical chemical sensors products which have been developed for a research duration of more than three decades. Among the optical chemical sensor products which have been developed include the chemical sensor to determine analyte such as capsaicim (hotness), phenol, formaldehyde (seafood preservative), hydroquinone (skin whitener), Al(III) ion, acrylamide (carcinogen sourced from fried food), ammonium ion, rodhamine (shrimp paste colouring) and glutamate (food flavouring).
